This office is located next to Lehigh Valley Hospital at 17th and Chew, so if your child needs X-rays, lab work or a prescription, you’ll save time. We usually can see sick children the same day, and we make appointments evenings and weekends for urgent care. In fact, we make after-hours urgent appointments for children from all ABC Family Pediatricians offices. Dr. Markowitz has a special interest in adoptions.

This small practice has a friendly, homelike feel. Our pediatricians have many years of experience, so they really understand children and are great sources of advice for parents. We’re moving because we need more space, but we’ll still be the same small practice.

This office is open until 7 p.m. on Thursdays, and same-day appointments are usually available. The wide range of services includes care for newborns to age 22 (there’s a pediatrician who is fellowship-trained in adolescent medicine) and expertise in Down syndrome and other special needs. Soon-to-be parents are welcome to come for a prenatal conference. |

If you like a relaxed, low-stress office, you can choose from two at the Health Center at Trexlertown. Drs. Goff and Helwig are two mothers who each work part-time. Dr. Goff has a special interest in adoptions from China. Dr. Mike Schwartz has a solo practice, so you’ll always see the same doctor every time. Because both practices are at the Health Center at Trexlertown, you’ll save time when your child needs X-rays or lab work. The doctors are able to welcome only newborns as new patients. |
